We undertake all of our Litigation work on a 'No Win No Fee' basis.
If we do not win your case we do not get paid for our work.
We work this way so that you can be sure we are committed to achieving the best outcome for our clients.
When you win your case...
Our fees are calculated as a percentage of the amount recovered.
This is called a success fee.
The amount will vary from case to case as it will depend on a number of issues. The most important of these are:
- how complicated your case is
- how likely it is that you will win
- the amount you are likely to receive in compensation
We will discuss all of this with you in advance and agree a fair and appropriate percentage before we start.
As an indication, our fee would typically be around 25%
